Ingredients:
2 dates pitted
About 2 cups of almond milk (depends on how much you want)
1 TBS flax seeds
1 cup frozen berries (mixed or raspberries give it that red velvet look)
4 Tbs unsweetened coco powder
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend well.
